Citadel Protective Services LLC was founded in 2019 by Jason Veney (15 plus years security experience)  Patrina Steadman (18 plus years Military and Law Enforcement)  and Wille Beverly (20 years Human Resources and management). The three came together and looked at the security industry and realized that with their current professions they could start a company that would train professional guards to serve clients in all areas of security. Our company is a certified Minority-Owned Business and proudly goes out of the way to staff its ranks with our nation’s veterans.  We’ve found that our clients love this, and it is a proud testament to who we are.

Citadel Protective Services LLC has designed a cutting edge training program to fully prepare our security officers for the most intense situations and give them the tools to make lawful and professional decisions. Our training program consists of classroom and field training. Class courses include but not limited to professional conduct, legal code, use of force, report writing,  customer service with our core values be Courtesy professionalism and respect. Our training is rigorous and detailed. Our instructors are certified in  Armament Systems and Procedures.

We believe that providing security starts with proper planning, preparation, and research. We don’t only enforce physical appearance as high importance but, it is just as important for a security professional to have the reasonableness of any other officer  and the ability to think under pressure and still make the right decision. We operate under a use of force continum only escalating when necessary, reducing exposure and liability for our clients.
