Mr. Jason Veney

Jason Veney president and owner of Citadel Protective Services LLC has a strong background in the security industry. His 15 plus years in the security industry have gained him several accolades and commendations. With Jason’s diverse security and business knowledge he has developed a hands-on approach to operating Citadel Protective Services LLC.

     This broad knowledge base and approach are valuable as he works closely with clients to carefully guide them in the best security decisions for their business with regards to risk, needs, and goals. With a wealth of experience, Jason has a creative interdisciplinary approach to the complexities of the security industry. He enjoys working with an assortment of businesses and their owners including but not limited to retail, apartment complex, construction sites, churches, school, universities and more….

Vice-President / Owner

Ms. Patrina Steadman

      Patrina Steadman Vice-President and Owner is a key subject-matter expert and professional leader in developing teams and programs in the Law Enforcement and Security industry. She specializes in security education, intense training and program development for small to mid-size companies. With over 25 years as a career law enforcement officer including military police experience as well as retired Lutienant with Howard Police in Washington, DC.  Patrina has developed an impressive record of organizational advancement and achievement in several positions due to diligence, commitment, professionalism and work ethic. Patrina has an extensive training background related to security and management. 

Patrina is skilled in budget and fiscal management, succession planning, conducting audits, strategic planning, and staff assessments; conducts on-site and off-site visits and security checks; conducts risk assessments to identify security gaps, assessing controls and providing recommendations and report to clients. 

Key role and responsibilities in Talent Acquisition is identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within a company. Employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying the company’s labor force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline are the cornerstones in meeting client demands. Patrina challenges herself, her partners and employees of Citadel Protective Services LLC with these core values to ensure success, Accountability Dependability, Stability, and Responsibility.

 

Vice-President of HR & Operations / Owner

Mr. Willie Beverly

Willie Beverly Vice-President of Human Resources & Operations/Owner has been actively involved in the law enforcement industry for over 20 years, providing support in various roles. Willie has a track record of success as a business owner and entrepreneur for over 20 years, running multiple businesses at once.

Willie brings a valued wealth of knowledge to the Human Resources aspect of Citadel Protective Service LLC. Willie oversees Human Resource systems, employee relations; compliance regulations to include AA/EEO, labor, safety, and health relations; Willie is a licensed insurance broker, and as such, he appreciates the importance of protecting yourself as well as your family. Willie believes strongly in taking care of employees and working to ensure they have access to every resource possible. As the Vice-President of Human Resources at Citadel, he works to ensure that the employees’ best interests remain at the forefront of HR-related decisions.
